Status of your problem/grievance

1. Here, citizen can view the status of grievance registered in the past.
2. Please keep Grievance No. ( received at time of registration) ready for getting the status.

Steps:

1. Enter the Grievance No. as provided to you on successful registration of the grievance
2. Choose any one option for Get OTP ( One Time Password ).
3. After clicking on 'Validate & Generate OTP' button, you will receive OTP on Selected Option.
4. Enter the Verification Code as provided in the Captcha
5. Please note that the Captcha Code is case sensitive
6. If the Captcha is not clear, please click on the icon on the right to refresh & display a new captcha
7. On entering both the values – the Grievance Number & OTP, click on the 'Validate OTP' Button. When your entred OTP matches succssfully, you will be auto redirect to your Dashboard

2. On successful verification, the current status will be displayed.
